Galaxy Tribute Funds
The phone rang at exactly 5pm on the 28th of June 2004. No reply to my ‘hello’ and then I heard the muffled strangled voice of my daughter as she struggled to tell me that at long last we knew why our beautiful baby had not yet woken up although he was now 12 days old. He had Non-ketotic Hyperglycinaemia and was not expected to live for very much longer. In fact he died the next day. This tribute is to Jamie Lewis Kirk from his ever loving but very sad family, friends and community. There were so many people who were part of the fundraising for Climb in Jamie’s name. Darling Jamie you are always in our thoughts and carried for ever in our hearts. Janet Garrett
