Wigan 10k, 3rd September 2017
Terry Brindle and Mel Glover are running the Wigan 10k in support of Paige, Terry’s daughter/Mel’s niece, who is 6 years old and lives with Salt Wasting CAH.
Paige herself is taking part in the Wigan Family Mile and is really excited to be doing her first run! Please visit their family fundraising page and support them if you can!
Helvellyn Triathlon, 3rd September 2017
Dan is taking on one of the ‘top 10 hardest triathlons in the world’ in support of two brave family friends living with Inherited Metabolic Disorders. The triathlon consists of a one mile swim in Ullswater Lake followed by a 38 mile cycle reaching 1,489ft and finally a 9 miles run up to 3,118ft and down, all whilst carrying a heavy pack of water, food and provisions.

Ribble Way Run, 10th September 2017
Rachel Ashworth is taking on the Ribble Way 10k challenge for Climb, in support of Paige, age 6 who lives with Salt Wasting CAH. Please visit her fundraising page and help her to reach her target!
The Ribble Way Run is a new annual run held by the Rotary Club of Preston Guild, taking place along the scenic banks of the River Ribble in Preston. There are three events; a Fun Run (age 8+), 10k (age 15+) and a Half Marathon (age 17+) and places are available here.
Robin Hood Half Marathon, 24th September 2017
Sisters Sarah and Charlotte Carnelley are taking part in the Robin Hood Half Marathon for Climb, in support of Charlotte’s son Noah who lives with MCADD. Please visit their fundraising page and help the girls to reach their target!

If you’d like to support Climb in a local challenge, such as a 5k run, muddy assault course or triathlon please get in touch! We have people representing Climb all across the country in a wide range of different events. Just let us know what you are doing and we will help you to promote your participation. We can also provide you with a Climb t-shirt or running vest as well as other materials to help with your fundraising!
